Participation fee for members of the Eurasian Art Union (www.eurasianartunion.com)

The size of the work is up to 50 cm on the larger side: 890 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 1190 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 91 to 120 cm on the larger side: 1490 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 121 to 180 cm on the larger side: 1790 rubles (pay)

Participation fee for non-members of the Eurasian Art Union (join the union and pay less)

The size of the work is up to 50 cm on the larger side: 1190 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 51 to 90 cm on the larger side: 1590 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 91 to 120 cm on the larger side: 1890 rubles (pay)
The size of the work is from 121 to 180 cm on the larger side: 2090 rubles (pay)

Size supplement:
For planar products, additional surcharges have been introduced:
if the size of the art object (with a frame) is more than 100 cm and up to 150 cm on the larger side, an additional payment equal to 50% of the cost is charged.
if the size of the art object (with a frame) is more than 151 cm and up to 200 cm on the larger side, an additional payment equal to 100% of the cost is charged.
if the size of the art object (with a frame) is more than 201 cm and up to 218 cm on the larger side, an additional payment equal to 130% of the cost is charged.
All additional sizes are negotiated with the organizing committee individually.

Surcharge for registration of CORRESPONDENCE WORKS for exhibiting at exhibitions

1) Participation in absentia: photocopy in A3 art book (free of charge)
2) Distance participation: printing on A3 paper and framing 50*40 cm (+750 rubles or 9 euros) (pay)
3) Distance participation: printing on A3 foam board (+750 rubles or 9 euros) (pay)
4) Distance participation: printing on A2 foam board (+990 rubles or 13 euros) (pay)
5) Distance participation: printing on A1 foam board (1880 rubles or 17 euros) (pay)
6) Participation in absentia: printing on A0 foam board (3990 rubles or 21 euros) (pay)
